Vores forslag til fremtidens spejderhytte nytænker den klassiske spejderhytte i både form og funktion. Hytten åbner sig mod omgivelserne, trækker naturen ind og inviterer hyttens brugere til at være udenfor. Hytten, der primært er bygget af træ, er kompakt og rummer de mest nødvendige basisfunktioner for en spejderforening. ’Fremtidens Spejderhytte er tænkt så den tilbyder aktiviteter både inde og ude, oppe og nede. Ungeherberget Sporsløjfen er et herberg og værested på Østerbro, København med plads til 24 unge. Ungeherberget et projekt der gør det godt for en sårbar målgruppe af unge hjemløse i alderen 18-30 år ved at skabe gode, trygge og kvalitative rammer for både beboere og personale. Stubberupgård – botilbud til sindslidende borgere
I tæt samarbejde med Københavns Kommune, Byggeri København, Socialforvaltningen, personale, beboere og pårørende, glæder vi os over at være en del af projektet Stubberupgård, som omfatter transformation, renovering og nybyggeri af i alt 44 boliger. Stubberupgård er et botilbud for sindslidende borgere efter Servicelovens § 108. Moderniseringsprojektet omfatter en omdisponering af eksisterende boliger, sådan at disse indrettes med eget bade- og wc-rum og et mindre tekøkken. Endvidere moderniseres fællesarealer og beskæftigelses- og servicearealer. Museet i byen / Byen i museet Københavns Museum slog i februar 2020 dørene op til arkitekt Hans J. Holms fredede bygning i Stormgade 18. Forvandlingen er sket i et rigt tværfagligt samarbejde, hvor bygningen betragtes som genstand på lige fod med udstillingernes øvrige artefakter. Arkitektoniske og historiske værdier er genfremkaldt, gennem nøje udvalgte tilføjelser, ombygninger og tilbageføringer, med afsæt i omhyggelige bygningsarkæologiske undersøgelser. LuftfotoLETH & GORI deltog i den åbne internationale arkitektkonkurrence om udvikling og renovering af Stadshallen i Lund i Sverige med et forslag, der søger at forstærke eksisterende kvaliteter og tilføje nye lag til Klas Anshelms fine bygning fra 1968. Projektet foreslår en række præcise strategier som ramme for de arkitektoniske og programmatiske transformationer, der gennemføres. Hallens eksteriør bevares og gennemførte bygningsmæssige ændringer føres tilbage, mens eksisterende statiske eller lukkede funktioner åbnes op og Stadshallens nuværende horisontale organisering brydes ved at tilføje nye vertikale rum og forbindelser. SKÆVE BOLIGER TIL HJEMLØSE
I samarbejde med vores bygherre Boligforeningen 3B og Københavns Kommune har LETH & GORI udviklet et koncept for Skæve boliger til hjemløse. Modellen ovenfor er en tidlig prototype af projektet som omfatter 34 små boliger på tre forskellige grunde i København. Botilbud for psykisk sårbare i Høng
Visualisering af gårdrum og fællesarealerLETH & GORI deltog i en begrænset konkurrence om et botilbud for psykisk sårbare i Høng. Projektet omfatter 42 boliger og fælles faciliteter for beboerne og personale samt et fælleshus for botilbuddet og lokalsamfundet. Botilbuddet er organiseret i fire klynger med 10-12 beboere. Klyngerne er, inspireret af gårdanlæg i nærheden, organiseret som individuelle bygninger sammensat i firlængede bygningsstrukturer med et indre grønt gårdrum. ELEFANTHUSET
Elefanthuset transformerer en eksisterende kapelbygning fra 1880’erne i De Gamles By på Nørrebro i København, til et nyt aktivitetscenter i tilknytning til Center for Kræft og Sundhed København (CKSK). Center for Kræft & Sundhed København er et samarbejde mellem Københavns Kommune og Kræftens Bekæmpelse og centret tilbyder rehabilitering til borgere i Københavns Kommune, der har eller har haft kræft, samt rådgivning og støtte til alle, der er berørt af kræft. De nye faciliteter i Elefanthuset skal benyttes til træningsaktiviteter, mindfulness, yoga, foredrag osv. Fleksible almene boliger Egedal
LETH & GORI og Boligforeningen 3B’s vinderprojekt i den åbne konkurrence om nye boliger i Egedal et fleksibelt boligkoncept med fokus på sunde robuste boliger. Almene Boliger Christiansfeld
Hvordan skaber man nye boliger i et beskyttet og følsomt kulturhistorisk bymiljø? Dette spørgsmål søger vi at besvare med projektet til nye almene boliger i Christiansfeld, en by som i 2015 blev optaget på UNESCO’s Verdensarvsliste. Projektet omfatter 2.500m2 boliger fordelt på tre eksisterende fredede bygninger i Lindegade og tre nye Christiansfelderhuse i Nørregade. Chrisiansfelderhusene, som indeholder to lejligheder i stueetagen med to 1½ plans lejligheder ovenpå, er en nyfortolkning af de forskellige kollektivhuse som Brødremeningheden har bygget i byen. Vi foreslår, at der i forsøgsperiode udpeges fire særlige ‘nedslagspunkter’, der samler ‘energien’ indenfor forsøgs periodens økonomiske ramme. Roof House is a project that completely transforms an existing villa beautifully situated on a large site filled with trees in Fredensborg, Denmark. The existing house is occupied by a family with three children and the specific needs of the family formed the basis of the project. Through the last centuries human habitation and cultivation has transformed the original forests and open landscapes. New settlements in the landscape and along the coasts seem to suffer from amnesia. LETH & GORIs deltog i konkurrencen for et nyt rådhus i Bodø med projektet ‘What is the city but the people’, William shakespreare, Coriolus. Projektet begyndte ved at skabe en åben transparent offentlig bygning – en bygning der tilhører borgerne i Bodø. The project for Forfatterhuset Kindergarten is the result of an invited competition. The starting point for the project is two large trees that inhabit the site. The building embraces these trees and integrates them in the design of the building. Aerial View LETH & GORI har udviklet et udstillings projekt kaldet Djævlens tårn. Djævlens tårn er et monolitisk vulkansk bjerg i Wyoming. Falkonergården
Aerial ViewLeth & Gori’s proposal for a new extension to Falkonergården Gymnasium is both a respectful addition to the existing buildings and an attempt to turn the existing structure inside out. The key idea is to integrate the city into the school and to project the school into the city. This is done in a series of programmatic and formal gestures that result in a new separate building in close connection to the existing buildings. Small Towers
SMALL TOWERS is LETH & GORI’s proposal for new green towers for Oslo. The towers are small biotopes that can be configured with a variety of plants and vegetation. The project for a new urban community in Skien was awarded 1st prizein the international competition. The project transforms a former harbor area into a new compact urban community with housing, offices, retail, and urban space. LETH & GORI’s proposal for a new Stændertorvet in Roskilde is an urban space shaped by time, space, and landscape. The new plaza is divided into smaller plazas relating to the historic, spatial, and programmatic context. The plazas are connected by a continuous surface grid that is subdivided and densified to give identity to the individual plazas. OPEN HOUSE is the title of LETH & GORI’s proposal for a new sustainable City Hall in Tåby. The building contains city hall, administration, and citizen services. The program is distributed in a 5 story bulding with an open air atrium and a mezzanine containing the semi-public programs like wedding room, gallery, and meeting spaces. Vartov
Vartov is LETH & GORI’s proposal for a new sustainable urban space in Copenahagen. The plaza is situated in central Copenhagen next to the City Hall. The plaza accomodates a variety of programmes and events like concerts, markets, and theater. The project features several sustainable initiatives including recycling of rain water, windmills, and solar energy. Rakvere
Fratres is the title of one of the most well known compositions by Arvo Pårt. The word FRATRES means brothers and is also the title of LETH & GORI’s proposal for the new St Paul’s church and Vabaduse Square. Water Tower Ängelholm
Water Tower is LETH & GORI’s proposal for a new water activity building in Ängelholm, Sweden. The project reciewed an honorable mention in the international competition. The competition had 190 participants from 13 countries. FLØNG PARISH HOUSE
The project for a new Parish House in Fløng is based on two ideas – better visual connection to the existing church and an improved interaction between the church and the city. Projektet Art Plaza vandt 1. præmien i den åbne internationale konkurrence om et Estisk Kunstakademi i Tallinn. Konkurrencen havde 91 deltagere fra 26 lande. Bygningen indeholder undervisningsrum til kunst, arkitektur, design og kunsthistorie sammen med værlksteder, laboratorier, café, galleri, bibliotek og auditorier – ialt ca.25.000m2. holmenkollen ski jump
LETH & GORI’s project ’tind’ was awarded 3rd place in the international competition for a new Holmenkollen ski jump in Oslo.
